State Government Orders Update of all Staff Contact Information with the Polytechnic
The Lagos State Government has directed all public servants to update records of their residential addresses with their respective employer. This is as a result of the observed attitude of public servants who change their residential addresses without updating their official records accordingly, thereby frustrating official attempts to contact them when occasion demands. Consequently, it is hereby notified for general information that Officers are obligated to inform their offices and update official records in respect of any change in residential address for ease of contact when the need arise. Furthermore, any official found wanting in this matter will be held culpable and would be subjected to disciplinary proceedings as appropriate.
To this effect, all staff of the Polytechnic are mandated to update records of their
contacts and residential addresses with the Personnel Unit.
