REVISED ACADEMIC CALENDAR

REGISTRATION/ADD AND DELETE: The grace period of seven days, which lapses on Monday, February 18, 2019 has been given to learners who wish to add and delete courses. This concession is also applicable to extra year learners who may wish to make payments in order to register for the second semester. These extra year learners are to make personal applications for payment by sending a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within the period. Their application for payment would be treated administratively. (Note that a minimum of 15 units’ course registration is required for an extra year)
IDENTITY CARD: This is to reiterate the importance of the ID card in the conduct of examinations. Learners who do not produce their 2017/2018 ID cards would not be allowed to write the examinations. You are therefore advised to visit the CBT Centre to collect your ID cards on or before the examination commences.
CONTINOUS ASSESSMENT: Due to the exigency of time engendered by the three month ASUU strike, Continuous Assessment (CA) tests would not be deployed on the CA portal. This implies that examination scores would be based on a hundred percent.
EXAMINATION MALPRACTICES: Learners are advised in their best interest to eschew every form of examination malpractices. Be reminded that CCTV cameras are visibly installed at the venues of the examinations.
REVISED EXAMINATION TIMETABLE: The revised second semester examination timetable would be released on or before Friday, 15 February, 2019.
JAMB EXAMINATION: In view of the 2019 JAMB UTME and with UIDLC CBT Centre being scheduled to host the examinations, UIDLC examinations will not hold between 15 and 22 March, 2019. This will reflect in the revised examination timetable to be broadcast.
On behalf of the UIDLC management, here is wishing you a successful examination ahead.
